Beef & Boards Dinner Theatre in Indianapolis offers numerous opportunities
to introduce home schoolers to the amazing experience of live theatre.
This season -- Beef & Boards' 35th -- includes many classic productions,
from "West Side Story" that is on stage Feb. 5 through March 22 and "The
Sound of Music" on stage Oct. 2 through Nov. 23, to the season's family
show, "Peter Pan" on stage May 15 through June 29. All these shows include
discounts for ages 3-15 and include the dinner buffet.
In addition, the Pyramid Players offer two shows this season expressly for
kids in preschool through sixth grade. "Charlotte's Web" is on stage from
Feb. 15 through March 15, and "Snow White" is staged from Oct. 10 through
Nov. 15. These shows are just one hour in length, presented without
intermission, and include a juice box and snack. Plus, the children can
meet the actors after the show!
